A collaboration between The Amar Nath Sehgal Private Collection and CHI for Medanta Hospital.
Over the period of one month, 24 children from two CHI-supported communities came together to imagine, draw, and paint their world on a 9-foot canvas. The workshops were led by artist Megha Madan, with support from the Amar Nath Sehgal Private Collection and the CHI team. Inspired from Medanta’s Tree of Life, we present, The Garden of Life, a tribute to health care workers.
The journey of creating the final artwork — from movie screenings to four hands-on workshops, and the final detailing at the museum, It was a joyful, collaborative process — filled with colour, laughter, and creativity.
The painting has been installed in the emergency corridor of the hospital. We gladly bring together gratitude, imagination, and a strong collective effort.
