The “Memory Museum” workshop was an exploration of how memories can be preserved and shared through art. It was focused on the themes of storytelling, reflection, and creative expression. The workshop invited participants to recall moments they wish to hold onto — instances of joy, love, care, or laughter — and translate them into visual form. Each participant created a personal artwork that became part of a larger, collective installation. Together, these works formed a gentle, immersive “museum” of memories.
The workshop was conducted by artist Parul Sharma for Amar Nath Sehgal Private Collection and the women of Rafooghar, a community space, inviting them to reflect and express personal memories they wished to preserve. The workshop gave them a sense of self preservation while breaking the boundaries of regular museum spaces.
